Hairborn Return Policy

 

We are confident that you will love our Virgin hair and Plant-active haircare line. In the unlikely event of a return our policy is as follows:

Virgin Indian Hair

First, we recommend the Virgin Indian Hair to be shampooed and conditioned to be sure it exceeds your expectations. If it does not the customer must return the hair within 7 days after receiving the hair for an exchange of hair equal in value. We do not offer refunds for hair purchases. To be eligible for a return the hair must be unused and strings that bind the hair must still be intact.

EcoRiche maintenance products 

In the unlikely event that a customer isn’t satisfied with our maintenance products customer may return the product for a refund minus 20% restocking fee. Product usage can not exceed 15% of the product used to be eligible for the refund. Customer must provide a tracking number to Hairborn to qualify for Exchange or Refund.
